It was touching to take the ferry in Rostock and to know that in a couple of hours we would arrive in Danmark and the day after in Copenhagen.
But the welcome of the country was not warm. Cold temperature, wind (from the lateral side), a very high level of humidity and… nobody on the road.
There were no people in the small village along our way and we rode for more than 20 km before finding a warm coffee or some food for us.
Then we rode close to main roads through more populated areas and also the weather improved with the sun appearing among clouds.
We stopped for the night in Praesto knowing that the day after Copenhagen would be waiting for us in only 100 km.
