Beautiful bike lanes
The 110 km from Jena to Leipzig were a pleasant ride along very nice bike lanes.
Maybe our opinion is partially conditioned by the knowledge that the real mountains are on our back, the sun is shining again and the wheel finally works perfectly (thanks also to Claudio that in the morning regulated the tension of the wheel’s rays).
But there’s no doubt that some parts were very beautiful, up and down for the first 20-30 km and almost flat later.
The only critical point was a part with stones on the ground… the perfect way to shake every part of your body and bicycle.
